Our Story

Nest childcare was created with one simple mission: to make finding trusted childcare easier for every family

After working in childcare ourselves, we saw first-hand how difficult it could be to connect with families looking for support. the options available were often outdated, time-consuming and made it difficult to find the right fit. It made us realise that if finding families was challenging for childcare professionals, it must be even harder for parents searching for someone they can truly trust.

We believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they feel happy supported and encouraged to grow. We also believe every parent should be able to find trusted, reliable childcare with confidence and ease.

Good to know

Cancelling a booking

Free more than 48 hours before. Within 48 hours the fee is non-refundable, which protects the professional who has held that time for you.

Ending regular nannying

One month's notice from the date your request is submitted.

Who sees my family profile?

Only the professional assigned to a confirmed booking, and only until it completes.

Payments

Payments & receipts

One-off bookings are paid in full once your professional has accepted and Nest has approved. Nannying is paid monthly by standing order.
